  • The Role

    We’re after an experienced and imaginative designer to join our Glasgow team. Whether you’re a rising middleweight or a seasoned senior, if you bring fresh thinking and a strong creative vision, then we want to hear from you.

    You’ll work on top brand and design projects along with multi-channel campaigns for leading clients like UEFA, ODEON, Diageo, Topgolf, and Glasgow Airport across our Sport & Entertainment, Consumer & Retail, and Corporate & B2B divisions.

    What are we looking for?

    A sharp, inquisitive thinker with a knack for developing beautifully crafted, intelligent design ideas. A concept-first designer with strong brand identity, print, and campaign design expertise. Exceptional typographic and layout skills. A high level of craft, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with motion design, illustration or UX design skills a bonus. Passion, motivation, and a commitment to great design. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking projects from concept to completion. Confidence in managing, mentoring, and collaborating with other designers. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and colleagues. A solid understanding of commercial and client needs, plus the ability to build strong working relationships. A chill, friendly, team-oriented personality.

    Based in Glasgow, our team works four days a week in the studio, with Fridays as a work-from-home day. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration, so you should be happy working primarily from our office space.

  • About the role

    You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

    From paid social and search to content strategies and analytics, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns for a variety of clients.

    This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects and work autonomously, making confident decisions while staying aligned with the wider team.

    You can expect great clients, exciting multi-channel projects and a dynamic and supportive team with plenty of room to grow.

    If you’re manager-level or above and are looking to join a fast-paced, integrated agency, this may well be the role for you.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Developing and managing digital search, media, and social campaigns, from strategy through to execution.

    • Forecasting KPI’s and managing budgets effectively.

    • Writing copy for digital channels (web, social, search, email).

    • Weekly in-depth reporting on project and campaign activity; using data and critical thinking to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Conducting research (competitor, industry, keyword) for digital clients, and wider agency pitches and projects.

    • Attending client meetings, workshops, agency pitches, and dealing with day-to-day client comms (online and offline).

    • Collaborating with creative and social teams to produce engaging content.

    • Staying ahead of digital trends and identifying new opportunities.

    What we need you to have:

    • Around 4-5 years working in digital marketing – either broadly, or within a specific discipline (SEO, PPC, social and paid media).

    • Strong knowledge of paid advertising on all platforms.

    • A strong understanding of PPC and SEO

    • Experience in communicating with, and influencing, stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

    • Experience in using social media management platforms and listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brand24, for example).

    • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.

    • Experience in using Google Ads and Ads Manager (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).

    • Proven track record in managing budgets big and small for paid campaigns across search, display and social.
