The brief

Northern approached us with the challenge of improving its image and rebuilding trust. Their goal was to reposition the brand as a more reliable service for the people of the North and recover sales to pre-pandemic levels.

The work

Rather than focusing solely on ticket types, products, and prices, we crafted a campaign centred around the freedom Northern trains provide. "Go do your thing" highlighted endless possibilities and offered much-needed relief from the previous pandemic restrictions, positioning Northern as a reliable service that gets you where you want to be.
